All rates on the shopping cart reflect domestic U.S. charges in the lower 48 states. Shipping is within 7 business days or earlier if expedited shipping is requested. Pre-ordered items will be sent as soon as they are received.

The shipping charge is based on a $18 minimum UPS rate charge for ground service. Canada WILL access import fees of an amount that is determined by the Canadian government. It is due at the time of delivery by UPS. |
